So thankful for the amazing job done by Elf Pros. The planning process was super easy and included a picture of where everything would be installed. Not only was the crew on time for installation but they were also very kind and friendly people. To make it even more fun, a cute sign was placed near their truck (“Caution Elves At Work”) and the Christmas music was playing for everyone to enjoy. Thank you Elf Pros for making this such a fun experience and providing our family with beautiful lights to enjoy this holiday season. We will 100% be doing this again.

LOVE THEM! The installers came out when they said they were coming and did a fantastic job hanging the lights. They took their time and definitely paid attention to the details. They rewrapped my tree with lights with NO complaints – and it was my fault because I forgot to tell them that I had decorations for the outside tree. They did everything with a smile and no task was too big or too small – they even helped me put my tree topper on the tree outside because I am too short 🙂
They handled everything from the development of where the lights were going to go to putting them up and then taking them down.
They hand-delivered a Christmas present for being a client this year! I have never had a business do that and the customer service is deeply appreciated.
When they came to take the lights down, they were just as friendly and efficient.
I will definitely be calling again this year – going to do it much earlier this time!

Elf Pros were incredibly responsive from the minute I inquired about Christmas light decor through installation. They sent were prompt and efficient and everything has worked beautifully. They followed up with me afterward and recently dropped off some holiday sweets as a thank you. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
