LOVE THEM! The installers came out when they said they were coming and did a fantastic job hanging the lights. They took their time and definitely paid attention to the details. They rewrapped my tree with lights with NO complaints – and it was my fault because I forgot to tell them that I had decorations for the outside tree. They did everything with a smile and no task was too big or too small – they even helped me put my tree topper on the tree outside because I am too short 🙂
They handled everything from the development of where the lights were going to go to putting them up and then taking them down.
They hand-delivered a Christmas present for being a client this year! I have never had a business do that and the customer service is deeply appreciated.
When they came to take the lights down, they were just as friendly and efficient.
I will definitely be calling again this year – going to do it much earlier this time!
